Account Verification (KYC) At Candyland Casino
Candyland Casino verifies player accounts to confirm identity, age, address, and the ownership of payment methods before allowing certain actions such as withdrawals or higher deposit limits.
The casino triggers KYC when you request your first withdrawal, when your cumulative withdrawals reach USD 2,000, when you change personal details (name, date of birth, or address), or when the risk system flags activity such as multiple payment methods, repeated failed deposits, or logins from new countries.
You upload documents in the account “Verification” area, and the casino checks that the details match your profile and payment records. If the images are unclear or the data does not match, the casino rejects the file and requests a re-upload.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A color photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must show your full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and a clear photo. Candyland Casino may request a selfie holding the document to confirm the holder.
- Address proof: A utility bill, bank statement, or government letter issued within the last 90 days. The document must show your full name, the same residential address as on your account, and the issue date. Screenshots of edited PDFs are rejected when metadata or layout indicates modification.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered, and the cardholder name visible. Candyland Casino also asks for a screenshot of the deposit in your banking app that shows the merchant name and the transaction date. For e-wallets, the casino requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page with your name and email/ID plus a transaction record that matches a casino deposit.
Standard review time is 2–24 hours after submission. Manual checks take up to 72 hours during weekends, public holidays, or when the casino requests extra documents.
After approval, Candyland Casino releases withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If you used multiple methods, the casino asks for verification for each method before paying out.
